*What is Kinstretch?
This class will focus on how joints interact with each other and how to explore end ranges of movement in a controlled way. The following materials are suggested for class: Yoga block, yoga mat, tennis ball.
More from Olivia:
I am a Certified Athletic Trainer but primarily consider myself an educator of how the body interacts with the world and how we interact with ourselves. I practice through a student lens, constantly looking to acquire a deeper understanding of human movement and how to improve it.
I currently utilize a system called Functional Range Conditioning which focuses on joint health, control, and strength at end ranges of joint capacity. As of this month, I will be ending my position at the chiropractic clinic I’ve been working at for the past 2.5 years, to begin a Doctorate Chiropractic Program at University of Western States in Portland, OR.
To celebrate, I am coming home to enjoy the holidays! Dance has always been the root reason behind why I went into this profession. I wanted to share my love for the Maui dance community and give back by teaching this mobility class!
